Details: Chef Jessen’s Mediterranean dinner will feature a 4 course dinner consisting of the following dishes:
🔸Confit of albacore tuna, niçoise olives, roasted red peppers, lemon
🔸Braised lamb with orzo pasta
🔸Fresh Mediterranean seared white fish with fennel, fingerling potatoes, and salsa verde
🔸House made yogurt with local honey and roasted figs
As with every Corked pop-up dinner, each course will be perfectly paired with unique wines from the same region we find this amazing food.
The cost will be $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity) for this unique dining and wine experience!
