About the Wines: 2017 Freeman Sonoma Coast, Pinot Noir &/Or 2018 Davis Family Cuvee Luke, white blend
Freeman Sonoma Coast: this wine is all class and elegance! Sweet, perfumed and airy, the 2017 has quite a bit to offer. All of the elements are impeccably balanced in a soft, hushed wine that speaks in soft tones. Sweet red fruit, spice, mint and cedar lead into the sculpted, brilliant finish. Akiko Freeman, the winemaker, is a true master of cold climate pinot noir.
Cuvee Luke: This blended white wine is an homage to the Rhone Valley. The blend is a combination of Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier grapes. All three grapes come from the esteemed Saralee’s Vineyard. The gravelly loam soil reflects and gives incredibly beautiful minerality to this wine. It is balanced with stone fruit and incredible floral aromatics.
