We are thrilled to announce that registration is currently open for our 1st Supper Club of the 2026 winter…… Italian Themed. An intimate wine and food experience where we make you feel the love that comes from great food and incredible wine.
Date: Thursday – January 29th at 6pm Details: 5 course meal
Chef will be featuring a custom Italian menu.
As with every Corked pop-up dinner, each course will be perfectly paired with unique wines from the same region we find this amazing food.
The cost will be $85 per person (plus tax and gratuity) for this unique dining and wine experience! Spots are already filling up quickly so don’t miss your chance to be part of this event!

ANTIPASTO: “Calamari Ripieni cin Funghi” – Mushroom stuffed calamari w/ San Marzano tomato sauce, white truffle oil.
PRIMO: “Polenta e Asparagi in padella con Pancetta “- Sautéed Polenta topped with wrapped in pancetta asparagus, pesto drizzle, Aged Parmesan.
SECONDO: “Cosciotto d’Agnello brasato per tutta la notte” – All night braised Leg of Lamb, with root vegetables
DOLCE: “Tiramisu della nonna”
